How to archive a conversation?
This feature allows you to archive a Conversation. The Conversations will automatically be Unarchive if the Contact sends a message to your bot again.
Archive Conversation from Inbox
Select the conversation you want to Archive >> Click on Menu >> Select Archive.
Archive Conversation in Flow Builder
Click on Action >> Inbox >> Archive
